What are the possible delivery methods?

NeroGiardini offers you 4 possibilities to receive your shoes and fashion accessories:

Home delivery (Bpost):

  • For Belgium, your package is delivered by the postman the working day following dispatch. For other countries, the delivery of your package varies between 2 and 10 working days.
  • Each package has a unique barcode. Thanks to the "Track & Trace" application, you can follow the route of your package online.
  • If you are absent when the package is presented, you can request a second presentation by telephone or come and collect the package within 14 days at the post office or Point Poste.
Withdrawal at a collection point (Mondial Relay):
  • Your package is available on average 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
  • Already 900 relay points are available today in Belgium. Whether at your local bookstore, in a small or large supermarket or at a gas station.

Local delivery:

  • For people residing in the municipality of Liège, home delivery by us is free.
  • Your order will be delivered to your home within 3 working days. We will communicate our day and time of passage by email.

Pick up in store:

  • You can pick up your order free of charge in the store of your choice during opening hours.
  • Your order is available on average within 48 hours. A confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection. Your order will be delivered to you on presentation of an identity document and the confirmation e-mail showing your order number.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen and the country of dispatch. Please refer to the previous paragraph: "What are the possible delivery methods?"

NeroGiardini cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to strike actions or disruptions by external companies such as Bpost and Mondial Relay or in the event of force majeure.

What are the shipping fees?

For Belgium, NeroGiardini practices a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 6 Euros including VAT via Bpost and 4 Euros via Mondal Relay for all of Belgium and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For Luxembourg, NeroGiardini practices a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 4 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For France and the Netherlands,  NeroGiardini practices a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 5 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For any order equal to or greater than 100 Euros including VAT delivered in one go to an address located in Belgium, Luxembourg, France or the Netherlands, delivery will be made free of charge.

For Spain and Portugal , NeroGiardini applies a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 8 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For Germany NeroGiardini practices a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 10 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For any order equal to or greater than 150 Euros including VAT delivered in one go to an address located in Spain, Portugal or Germany, delivery will be made free of charge.

For Austria and Italy, NeroGiardini applies a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 12 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For any order equal to or greater than 200 Euros including VAT delivered in one go to an address located in Austria or Italy, the delivery will be made free of charge.

When is my package shipped?

Items purchased by the customer will be shipped within 1-5 business days of placing the order provided payment has been made and confirmed.

Can I be delivered abroad?

NeroGiardini delivers their pairs of shoes and fashion accessories to the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • France
  • Luxemburg
  • The Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Austria
  • Spain
  • Portugal

Can I exchange an item?

At NeroGiardini, all items (pairs of shoes or fashion accessories) can be exchanged (except sale items) .

The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.

Any item that does not suit you can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item being exchanged must be new and unworn, in its original, undamaged box.

You can exchange it for another item in a different size or color.

If you used a promotional code during the validation of your first order, you will benefit from the same discount for your exchange order.

How is the procedure for exchanging an item?

To return an item, pair of shoes or fashion accessories purchased on the NeroGiardini website, the procedure is simple:

  1. Send an email to our customer service info@nerogiardini.fr mentioning the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return to us.
    • The reason for the return
  2. We then send you the procedure for returning the package to us (via Bpost or Mondial Relay)

Can I return an order that is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to my order?

At NeroGiardini, the return of items is permitted.

Despite all the care we take in managing shipments, it unfortunately happens that some items do not correspond to those ordered, or that the products arrive damaged. We are sorry for this and offer you the possibility of returning the article concerned.

The procedure to follow is as follows:

  1. Send an email to our customer service info@nerogiardini.fr mentioning the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return to us.
    • The reason for the return
  2. We then send you the procedure for returning the package to us (via Bpost or Mondial Relay)

Can I be reimbursed for an ordered item?

Absolutely, at NeroGiardini the return of items is allowed (except sale items).

The procedure to follow is as follows:

  1. Send an email to our customer service info@nerogiardini.fr mentioning the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return to us.
    • The reason for the return
  2. We then send you the procedure for returning the package to us (via Bpost or Mondial Relay)

However, we draw your attention to the fact that the item must meet the return criteria: any item that does not suit you can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item being exchanged must be new and unworn, in its original, undamaged box.

How quickly can I return an item or request a refund?

Any item (pair of shoes or fashion accessory) that does not suit you can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order (with the exception of sale items).

How much does an exchange, return or refund request cost?

In case of exchange or return, the return costs are your responsibility. If you decide to return an item to us, we will refund you as soon as the item is back in our stock, after checking its condition.

Reimbursement will be made directly to the customer's bank account no later than thirty days from receipt of the return.
