What are the possible delivery methods?

NeroGiardini offers you 4 options to receive your shoes and fashion accessories:

Home delivery (Bpost):

  • For Belgium, your package will be delivered by post the next business day after dispatch. For other countries, delivery of your package varies between 2 and 10 business days.
  • Each package has a unique barcode. With the Track & Trace app, you can track your package's whereabouts online.
  • If you are not present when the package is presented, you can request a second presentation by telephone or come and collect the package within 14 days from the post office or Post Point.

Collection point pick-up (Mondial Relay):

  • Your package is available on average 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
  • There are already 900 collection points available in Belgium today, whether at your local bookstore, a small or large supermarket, or a gas station.

Local delivery:

  • For people residing in the municipality of Liège, home delivery by us is free.
  • Your order will be delivered to your home within 3 business days. We will notify you of our delivery date and time by email.

In-store pickup:

  • You can pick up your order free of charge from the store of your choice during opening hours.
  • Your order will be available on average within 48 hours. A confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection. Your order will be delivered to you upon presentation of proof of identity and the confirmation email showing your order number.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the country of shipment. Please refer to the previous paragraph: "What are the possible delivery methods?"

NeroGiardini cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to strike action or disruptions by external companies such as Bpost and Mondial Relay or in the event of force majeure.

What are the delivery costs?

For Belgium, NeroGiardini offers a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 6 Euros including VAT via Bpost and 4 Euros via Mondal Relay for the whole of Belgium and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For Luxembourg, NeroGiardini offers a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 4 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For France and the Netherlands,  NeroGiardini offers a single delivery package including transport costs which amounts to 5 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For any order equal to or greater than 100 Euros including VAT delivered in one go to an address located in Belgium, Luxembourg, France or the Netherlands, delivery will be free of charge.

For Spain and Portugal , NeroGiardini offers a single delivery package including transport costs of 8 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For Germany NeroGiardini offers a single delivery package including transport costs of 10 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For any order equal to or greater than 150 Euros including VAT delivered in one go to an address located in Spain, Portugal or Germany, delivery will be free of charge.

For Austria and Italy, NeroGiardini offers a single delivery package including transport costs of 5 Euros via Mondial Relay and applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

For any order equal to or greater than 150 Euros including VAT delivered in one go to an address located in Austria or Italy, delivery will be free of charge.

When will my package be shipped?

Items purchased by the customer will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed, provided that payment has been made and confirmed.

Can I get it delivered abroad?

NeroGiardini delivers their pairs of shoes and fashion accessories to the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • France
  • Luxembourg
  • The Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Austria
  • Spain
  • Portugal

If you reside in another country, you can contact us to find out our prices and the necessary steps to receive your purchases.

Can I exchange an item?

At NeroGiardini, all items (pairs of shoes or fashion accessories) can be exchanged (except sale items) .

The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.

Any item that does not suit you can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. The item being exchanged must be new and unworn, in its original, undamaged box.

You can exchange it for another item in a different size or color.

If you used a promotional code when validating your first order, you will receive the same discount for your exchange order.

How does the procedure for exchanging an item work?

To return an item, pair of shoes or fashion accessories purchased on the NeroGiardini website, the procedure is simple:

  1. Send an email to our customer service info@nerogiardini.fr with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return to us.
    • The reason for return
  2. We will then send you the procedure for returning the package to us (via Bpost or Mondial Relay)

Can I return an order that is defective, damaged, or does not match my order?

At NeroGiardini, the return of items is permitted.

Despite all the care we take in managing shipments, unfortunately, some items may not match those ordered, or the products may arrive damaged. We apologize for this and offer you the option of returning the item in question.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Send an email to our customer service info@nerogiardini.fr by mentioning the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return to us.
    • The reason for return
  2. We will then send you the procedure for returning the package to us (via Bpost or Mondial Relay)

Can I get a refund for an item I ordered?

Absolutely, at NeroGiardini, returns of items are allowed (except for sale items).

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Send an email to our customer service info@nerogiardini.fr by mentioning the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return to us.
    • The reason for return
  2. We will then send you the procedure for returning the package to us (via Bpost or Mondial Relay)

Please note, however, that the item must meet the return criteria: any item that does not suit you can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. The item being exchanged must be new and unworn, in its original, undamaged box.

How long do I have to return an item or request a refund?

Any item (pair of shoes or fashion accessory) that does not suit you can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order (except for sale items).

How much does an exchange, return or refund request cost?

In case of exchange or return, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you decide to return an item to us, we will refund you as soon as the item is back in stock, after checking its condition.

The refund will be made directly to the customer's bank account within thirty days of receipt of the return.
